Mammoth Real Estate Inventories are on the Decline

Mammoth Real Estate inventory has been on a steady decline for the past six months. Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors MLS data shows that sales have greatly outpaced new listings over the last six months. The Mammoth Lakes MLS currently shows 167 condos listed for sale in Mammoth Lakes, while six months ago that number was hovering around 225 active condo listings for sale. Residential sales in Mammoth are also showing the same trends. Current Mammoth MLS inventory for single family homes shows 61 homes for sale, while six months ago there were approximately 96 Mammoth Lakes homes for sale.
